These guys were unbelievably professional and their workmanship shows it all! Both David and Gerald were timely and thorough with their work and very easy to work with! They went out of their way to make sure the job was done with no details missed. I love our deck and I highly recommend them. Great job guys! I wish we could find more tradesmen like yourselves who take such great pride in their work. Thank you again!

How we determine pricing
Deck Size
The price of your deck really depends on how big it is. The bigger the deck, the more materials you’ll need and the higher the costs for design and construction will be. So, if you’re looking to go big, just know it’ll cost you a bit more!
Deck Style and Complexity
Think about whether you want your deck to be a classic rectangle or square, or if you’d like to go for something a bit more unique that offers different entertaining options. Are you planning on adding a railing? Will it have different levels that need stairs? Do you have an old deck that needs to be torn down? Is the underside of the deck closed off? Will you need to get a permit for it? There are a lot of things to consider when designing your deck, and keep in mind that each extra feature you add can bump up the cost.
Deck Materials Being Used
Pressure-treated wood and composite materials are popular options for decking, although wood composite typically comes at a higher price. The cost of composite can fluctuate significantly depending on the brand and quality you choose. Other well-liked alternatives include cedar, PVC, and hardwood.
Keep in mind that each decking material has its own advantages and disadvantages. Some last longer and require less maintenance than others, so it’s important to think about what suits your needs best!
Deck rails
Is a railing necessary for your deck? Any deck that stands more than 24 inches high will need a railing. There are various railing options to choose from, with wooden rails and wooden rails featuring aluminum balusters being the most popular. In recent years, fully aluminum railings and glass railings have also become quite fashionable. Furthermore, there are glass railing options that do away with the need for top and bottom rails, providing an unobstructed view from your deck.
